Dana Point Chamber Mixers!

   Hey Coastmasters! Since our Club is a member  of the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce, any member is entitled to attend the monthly Chamber Mixers that occur on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Because we are members, we are always able to attend for a reduced rate.

The next Mixer is this Thursday @ 5:30! Don't miss out on the fun.

A Message from our Club President - Joan Weisman

   After two and a half years with Toastmasters, I joined a new office and had to stand up and introduce myself to a large group. My experience every Thursday morning with Dana Point Coastmasters made it easy for me to organize my thoughts and deliver them well. I made a great introduction and was welcomed warmly.
 
   It is events like this that make me appreciate the skills I've developed with Toastmasters. However, what keeps me coming back is the humor, the points of view and the fun. Unlike many networking groups, you have a chance in Toastmasters to hear about the passions and life stories of your fellow group members.
 
   If you're curious about Toastmasters, check it out. You can visit several clubs and get a feel for what is available before making any decisions. I joined for networking and received much, much more.
