He has also served a club treasurer for many of those years. He has also given many years of dedicated service to the city of Dana Point and the Dana point Chamber of Commerce.

    CW or Cdub is currently promoting a non-profit called Loving Hugs, Inc., an organization that distributes stuffed animals to children suffering in crisis areas around the world. The organization was begun in 2007 by Wendy Robertson Clark who learned of the tragic circumstances of children in bombing attacks in Iraq. Since then, the organization has expanded through donations and partnering with the United States Military and non-profits to send stuffed animals to children in 44 countries who are suffering from war, natural disasters or extreme poverty. A native Californian, CW was originally a teacher, then elementary school principal, and later CEO of Posh Presents Inc., dba Posh Impressions that developed, retailed and licensed craft products to a dozen companies, working directly with his wife, Dee, his wife of 43 years.     She is currently a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Beachside serving south Orange County; Mission Viejo, San Clemente, Laguna Niguel, Rancho Santa Margarita, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Hills and surrounding communities. Formerly licensed in real estate with the state of Iowa. Linda’s first occupation was an art teacher. Concurrently licensed with the family real estate business of Swift Realty. Now teaching one drawing class a week with the Young Rembrandts program in the Capistrano Unified School District. Other activities include being a program volunteer at the Dana Point Ocean Institute, educating the public about the animals in our ocean and the respect we should have for them. Linda believes that being active in Toastmasters hones speaking skills required whether working with clients, teaching, or greeting the public.

    Daniel is a recently new resident of Dana Point, as he moved to the USA from Australia in 2010. He joined the Coastmasters in 2012, and soon become an active member. In November 2012, Daniel won the Founder’s District Humorous Speech contest, competing against over 200 other clubs within the Southern California. Daniel’s career is in the professional consulting and training arena. His  company presents training workshops and coaching support for dental practices across North America, the UK and Australia. Daniel’s passion for communication and education is what makes him a strong believer in the work Toastmasters does to help people improve.  He is always working to improve his own speaking skills and to help other Toastmasters improve themselves.

    Chuck has a B.A. in biology with graduate studies in entomology and plant pathology. He's been in the nursery/landscape/gardening business for 36 years and is proficient in efficirnt irrigation and plant design, although his artistic ability make conveying his ideas difficult - the only things he can draw are flies and criticism. He's currently studying soils to develop his sense of humus.
